The edge device reads the cameras and recorder you already have: LatticeWork VaiSense, Hikvision, Lorex, Dahua, Amcrest, Uniview, Hanwha Wisenet, Axis, UniFi Protect, or any ONVIF or RTSP camera. The starter kit's two cameras cover a view you're missing, such as the drive-thru lane or the line.

The starter plan is month to month; cancel any time and keep the hardware. Professional is an annual term, with 2-year and 3-year terms at a lower rate. Enterprise is a 3-year term.
Professional and Enterprise are priced per location a month; Enterprise rates step down at 100 and 200 locations, and the rate you sign at applies to every store you open during the term. Hardware is bought up front or included monthly. Talk to sales for a quote.
No. The device analyzes video on site and sends only the readings, plus the stills and clips you ask for. No facial recognition.
